Southern Marin

On Sunday, August 2nd from 5 pm to 7:30 pm Broncos Players and their families are invited to Town Park in Corte Madera for our 2009 Player/Parent Orientation Potluck Dinner.

Every Broncos player and at least one parent must attend this orientation meeting. This is a great opportunity for our entire Broncos community to come together to meet each other, the Southern Marin Youth Board members and the entire coaching staff. We will talk about our new conference (American Youth Football - Mountain Valley Conference), practice and game schedules, and hear about our exciting season.

We are asking each family to bring pizza and drinks for themselves. Southern Marin Youth Football will supply plates, napkins, and cups for the event.

Logistics for the Orientation Pot Luck will be as follows:

• Each player will check in at the registration tables – We will check to ensure that Southern Marin Youth Football has received ALL registration documents for each player. This is an opportunity for players to bring any missing documents.
• Gather as a group to eat dinner, mingle and meet each other.
• Introduction of the Southern Marin Youth Football Board Members, welcome remarks from the Athletic Director, and the President's address.
• Players/Parents will break out by teams and meet with the coaching staff.

There will be Bronco spirit wear for sale, so be prepared to load up on all the new logo gear for Southern Marin Youth Football. This is a great event where you can meet new football families, organize carpools and catch up with old friends. Come and enjoy a slice of pizza with all of your family and hear about Southern Marin Youth Football
