Requirements:
  • Bring water, water coolers and wet towels in case it is hot.
  • Bring appropriate medical supplies, ice, tape, etc.
  • Snack Shack will be open.
  • An EMT will be on site. Please advise us if you plan to bring your own medical personnel.
Notes:
  • Please arrive 60 minutes before your game for weigh-ins and warm-ups.
  • 40 minutes per round
  • Each team is scheduled for 3 to 4 scrimmages
  • Coaches are encouraged to break scrimmages into 10 minute intervals, match up 1st string offenses with 1st string defenses, 2nd string offenses with 2nd string defenses, etc. (This is the only way for some teams to rest players since scrimmages are only 10 minutes apart.)
  • A horn will blow at the end of each 40 minute round.
  • All coaches can whistle a play dead. Player safety is the No. 1 priority.
  • Please do not coach opposing players. (You can speak to an opposing coach if there is a problem.)
  • Provide encouragement to all players (including your opponents).
  • Referees will handle penalties.
  • Parents should remain in the stands or appropriate viewing area.
